Basically, we are a very small group of door-to-door salespersons that work with local 'small business' salons and other perfectionists to keep their hard-to-find instruments instock. Due to the volume and chains with other groups, we often buy products bulk. This often means that we have tools that we can sell thru this online storefront.
When you place an order with us, you will receive an email notifying you that we have received your order. If you do not receive this email, then, please email us. (It means that you have incorrectly typed in the email address, or the Yahoo server is down)
If we have any billing or shipping questions, we will send you an email message about your order.
When we have shipped your order, we will send you an email that we have shipped your order, and a tracking # so that you can track and know the scheduled delivery date.
Send the original item back to us with a note requesting a refund and your order number.
It is suggested that you use the same shipping box with the From/To remarked on the label, since, it will contain the addresses and is safe for the item.
Please put delivery confirmation or other tracking on package.
There will be a restocking fee of up to 20%.
If delivery date is past 30 days old, restocking fee may be higher or refund refused.
Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for processing.
For an exchange, send original item back to us, and then place a new order for new item.
Lost / Damaged Packages:
Shipped packages should have sufficient packing materials to protect against damage, but, we will handle the problem on a case by case situation.
Lost and Misdelivered packages are handled on a case by case situation. We try to be very reasonable with reasonable customers.
